  • 1. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

    We will offer a free replacement or refund if:

    • The item arrives damaged
    • The item is misprinted
    • The item is materially different from what was ordered

    To qualify:

    • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery
    • You must provide clear photos of the issue
    • Include your order number in your message

    If approved, we will either:

    • Send a replacement at no cost to you, or
    • Issue a refund to your original payment method
    • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse.

    2. We do not accept returns for change of mind.

    2. Lost Packages

    If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

    • Contact the shipping carrier first
    • If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us within 7 days

    We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

     

    3. Incorrect Address Provided

    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer:

    • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
    • Refunds will not be issued for address errors.

     

    4. Order Cancellations

    Because orders are sent to production quickly:

    • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
    • After production begins, cancellations are not possible.

     

    5. Sizing Issues

    We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

    7. Policy Abuse

    Stick Around reserves the right to refuse refunds or replacements in cases of:

    • Fraudulent claims
    • Repeated abuse of this policy
    • Claims made outside the 30-day window
